Match Number Two:
In a surprising return to the PWL, SETH destroyed TIMOUTHEY in 17 seconds. Mike interviewed Seth afterwards, and Seth issued a challenge to The Terror, whom he blamed for ruining his career.

After this interview, Big Stewie Entertainments Chairman PORKY HOOTON announced the Main Event for PWL IN YOUR HEAD 5: a World heavyweight championship match pitting COOLEROY against EXTERMINANS. Additionally, Hooton announced that JOE THE GIANT would be present at IYH5.

Match Number Three:
DWAYNE and T-BOY defeated BUTCH and BAMM-BAMM HORNER in 7:16 when T-Boy pinned Bamm-Bamm. Mother Horner was not present for this match.

Match Number Four: HUMAN TORNADO wrestled WHOLE LOTTA MAN to a double-disqualification in 9:55.

Match Number Five: SUPER HEAVY and SUPER HORNET (with Sweet Daddy Williams) defeated THE WHO-NEE-2 MEN in 9:16 when Heavy pinned WNM1.

Match Number Six: FAT ALBERT pinned WHOLE LOTTA MAN in 12:13.

Match Number Seven: THE TERROR pinned M. KLEATS (with Mondo Mbamba) in 14:45.

Match Number Eight, Tee-Vee Main Event, World cruiserweight championship:
SMOOTH RUDY (champion, with Mondo Mbamba) pinned BILLY RAY VALENTINE, CAPRICORN in 16:18 to retain the championship.
