The card opened with an in-ring interview with former World tag team champions
STRIKE FORCE. Before they and manager KHAINE were able to get a word
in, they were attacked from behind by current champions THE PILLARS OF
PAIN, who weren't even scheduled to be at the show. The ugliness
was quickly settled, as police escorted POP out of the arena, leaving Strike
Force to prepare for their upcoming bout against NC-17.

The opening bout on the card was a rematch from April 25, as VENOM took
on ULTIMO PUERCO to determine a number one contender to cruiserweight champion
STARSHINE HIPPIE. Much like their earlier battle, these two put on
an extensive display of high-flying moves, as well as excellent mat tactics
that the PWL crowd seems to enjoy more than fans in other organizations.
This time, there was a decisive victor, as Venom floored Puerco with a
corkscrew plancha, followed by a standing backflip onto UP. Three
slaps of the mat later, your winner, in 13:27, is Venom. He will
now take on Hippie in a title match, most likely at the next PWL supercard
the first weekend in June.

The increasingly popular FAT ALBERT continued his dominating ways in the
PWL, finishing off SETH quite easily with an array of splashes and other
girth-centered maneuvers. Seth, usually the powerhouse in any wrestling
match, rolled out of the ring after a Fat Splash, threw his hands into
the air, and calmly walked out to the hisses and taunts of the crowd.
Fat Albert was declared the winner via countout in 4:10, and he celebrated
with the fans afterwards, something you definitely would not have seen
one year ago.

RONALD McDONALD was mysteriously injured right before his huge match against
GRIMACE was to begin. PWL officials found Ronnie Mac in his dressing
room holding his right knee, while screaming incoherently about Chicken
McNuggets. The referee had no choice but to declare Grimace the winner
by forfeit. Grimace celebrated by swearing at the fans and setting
fire to Happy Meal toys inside the ring.

After a thorough investigation by police and fire officials, the show was
allowed to resume.JOE THE GIANT battled crowd fave COOLEROY in a contest
of two super-heavyweights. JTG seems to have downplayed his heel
status, at least for this match, as no underhanded or outright cheating
tactics were noticed in this bout. A notable highlight of the contest
was the exchange of bodyslams by each wrestler, this aspect brought the
crowd to its collective feet, hooting wildly. After a surprisingly
spirited twenty minutes, the time limit expired, and the match was declared,
strangely enough, a time limit draw. JTG and C'Roy shook hands in
a sign of mutual respect. Though a heel, Joe the Giant has retained
his sense of decency while performing. The antithesisof this would
be his protege...

North American heavyweight champion THE TERROR, who accompanied his lady,
DARK ANGEL, in her Women's championship defense against the highly touted
ELIZA BLADE. The match began with Terror and Angel shouting at children
at ringside. After about a minute, Blade had enough, and went on
the attack. Dark Angel was seemingly unprepared for her challenger's
assault, and was unable to regain composure and mount an offense.
taking a cue from Seth, Terror attempted to help DA out of the ring and
escort her to the back. Eliza refused to allow this, as she slapped
Terror in the back of the hand, confusing him slightly, dragged Angel into
the ring hair-first, and applied a double-arm chicken wing hold.
Angel had no choice but to surrender and live to fight another day.
In 10:33, your winner, and NEW PWL Women's World champion. ELIZA BLADE!!!

An enraged TERROR immediatly had to return to the ring for his North American
title defense against former World champion HULK BIXBY. Disgusted
by the previous match, Terror unleashed an all-out assault on the PWL's
Hulkster. Always a bit confused, Bixby had no chance against the
champion, who leveled HB with his Terror Spike, followed by the one, two,
three, in only a time of 2:22.

The highly-anticipated match between STRIKE FORCE (BEAST & CARNAGE)

and exciting that a recap here could not do it justice. For a very

In the main event, World heavyweight champion PLAGUE had a difficult challenge,
taking on the man he defeated for the championship, HUMAN TORNADO.
Tornado was ready to reclaim the gold, too, as he blindsided the champ
right as the bell sounded. Plague was forced on the defensive for
the first several minutes of the bout, as HT was able to stun him with
a flurry of punches, chops, and several takedown moves. Tornado was
able to secure five consecutive two-counts on the champion in the six-minute
area of the contest. Like all great champions, though, Plague did
not roll over and play dead, as he rebounded and took Tornado to the mat
with brawling moves. Plague further stunned his challenger by tossing
him through the ropes, then through the timekeeper's table at ringside.
Although HT is a crowd favorite in the PWL, the majority of the fans were
backing their World champion at this point in the match. At about
the thirteen minute mark, Plague readied Human Tornado for the end, but
was distracted by the arrival of top challenger The Terror. As Terror
jawed with Plague, the referee, and ringsiders, Tornado once again rolled
up the champ for a two count. Plague was through playing, slapped
a double-arm DDT on Tornado, and pinned him for the three-count.
Plague thus retains his World heavyweight championship in a time of 14:03.
Plague motioned for Terror to enter the ring, and the NA champion very
nearly accepted, but opted instead for an unsavory finger gesture, and
walked to the back laughing hysterically. What that means, if anything,
is unknown to anyone but Terror. Plague brushed it off, and celebrated
with the fans (something you wouldn't have seen six months ago) as the
card came to a close.
