-
Fat Albert Gang-mates MUSH MOUTH and DUMB DONALD continued their feud in
an all-out brawl. While standard rules applied, they did not keep
MM and DD from turning up the violence. Mush Mouth won the bout by
submission in 10:13 by clamping the over-the-shoulder backbreaker on Donald.
Donald blindside MM following the match, eventually dumping him in a trash
bin and wheeling him off.
-
Scheduled next was a mixed-six-man-tag match, featuring GRIMACE and his
new friends, THE FRY GUYS, versus DR. DOOM, THE GNAT, and ESTONIAN MIDGET.
Before the latter team was introduced, the Fry Guys handed out complimentary
french fries to children seated at ringside. Shockingly, Grimace
snapped, assaulting the Fry Guys and beating them with a chair. Then,
he placed both on a ringside table, climbed the ropes, and dove gut-first
onto the helpless crowd favorites, shattering the table into many pieces.
As the children watched, horrified and crying, Grimace stole their fries,
began to eat them, then spewed them onto the kids and the motionless Fry
Guys. Needless to say, the match never took place, and the Fry Guys
were taken away from the hall via ambulance. Information on their
condition will be made known in future news updates.

In the biggest PWL debut since, well, last week, Terror's PILLARS OF PAIN
(GOLEM & QUARTZ) took on DR. TEETH and FLOYD, THE ELECTRIC MAYHEM.
While they were brave, the Mayhem were no stiff competition for the POP,
who seem to be every bit as good as Terror has promised. Golem and
Quartz tagged in at a rapid rate, and Teeth was in the ring for the entire
match. Fortunately for him, the match only lasted 2:29, as Quartz
pinned the good Doctor following a spike-DDT. After the match, Terror
and POP shouted obscenities at the crowd, as well as both Plague and Strike
Force, who would appear later.
-
New cruiserweight champion STARSHINE HIPPIE once again proved why he is
one of the world's best in his weight class, turning back the challenge
of the renowned TRAPEZOID. Unlike the previous bouts, this one was
high-flying, scientific action from start to finish, with Trapezoid performing
four successive top-rope huracanranas (one from each ring corner).
The Hippie turned the tide, though, and picked up the victory following
a Tornado DDT and the 1, 2, 3. Time of the match was 13:42.

In the World tag team championship match, defending champs STRIKE FORCE
(BEAST & CARNAGE) took on the crazed MOONDOGS (FIDO & ROVER).
As tough as the 'Dogs are, they lack the behind-the-scenes guidance of
a man such as KHAINE, the World champions' devilishly crafty manager.
Strike Force ran straight to the ring at the Mds, and took advantage by
a double kick to the Moondogs' groins. As the Dogs were doubled over,
Carnage slapped the Rocker Dropper on Fido as Beast nailed Rover with a
sitting powerbomb. This, coupled with a Carnage spike causing Fido
and Rover to engage in a "meeting of the minds," spelled the end for the
Moondogs before there was time to think. Time of the match was only
16 seconds. Afterwards, bothe Beast and Carnage called for the Pillars
of Pain, with Strike Force drawing their thumbs across their throats, to
the strong approval of the crowd.
-
THE TERROR, drawing extremely loud booing and jeering, arrived next for
his arrogant challenge of NON of the New Order. The fighting began
immediately, as Terror's second, DARK ANGEL, started brawling with Non's
cohort, URSA. The fighting in the ring was fast and furious, as Terror
and Non kept punching, stomping, and attempted tests of strength for over
five minutes, with neither wrestler gaining the upper hand. Non made
a crucial mistake, though, as Terror took advantage of his diminished mental
capacity. Terror pointed over Non's shoulder, and as Non turned to
look, Terror stomped Non in the gut. From there, it was all Terror,
who polished of Non with an impressive powerbomb, followed by the pinfall
at the 7:02 point. As Dark Angel and Ursa continued brawling, Terror
enjoyed a post-match 7-Up, and bashed the can in Non's forehead.

In the main event of the card, World/North American heavyweight champion
PLAGUE took on the leader of the New Order, former North American titleholder
GENERAL ZOD. After Zod entered the ring, Plague blindsided the General,
bashing him in the head with both championship belts. Zod was then
planted with a double legdrop from the champion, with a belt placed under
each of Plague's legs. During all of this, the timekeeper and ring
announcer had been standing agog at how easily Zod was being throttled.
It took World tag champs Strike Force to hit ringside and force the timekeeper
to the ring the bell to get the match officially underway. At this
point, Plague placed Zod on top of the turnbuckles, and as Beast and Carnage
clear off the timekeeper's table, Plague slams General Zod through the
table with an incredible powerbomb. The three then picked up Zod,
rolled him back into the ring, and three seconds later, Plague, with shockingly
brutality, disposed of the once-invincible General Zod. Following
the match, Plague took the mic and announced, "Terror, I don't just beat
people, I DESTROY them! Your turn is coming soon, and then all of
your fanfare and all of the PWL's high expectations will be shattered as
I tear your sorry @$$ limb from limb! Nobody can stop me - I am Plague!!!"
And, as Megadeth's "Addicted to Chaos" played over the loudspeakers, Plague,
Beast, Carnage, and Khaine left to an astounding ovation from those in
attendance.
