Thankful

 

The Lord is my provider,
He has given me so much;
But the thing I cherish most,
Is His loving touch.

I dare not ask for more,
I don't deserve all He has given;
I want only to thank Him,
For His provision and the gift of heaven.



Praise and glory should be our Lord's,
We owe Him so very much gratitude;
He guides us each and every day,
He helps us change our attitude.



I'm thankful for family, friends and health,
I'm thankful for animals and birds;
I'm thankful for the kindness of strangers,
And for those who send an encouraging word.

So this Thanksgiving I'm praising the Lord,
I will thank Him for all He has done;
I will remember the peace and grace He gives,
I will remember all the battles He has won.
