Jonquils
here are
dressed in
yellow,
Bleeding
Heart is
peeking out;
Tulips' green
leaves have
sprouted,
Hyacinths
are standing
stout.

Tomorrow
is the first
day of spring,
And God's
flowers give
us hope;
Of sunshine
and warm,
friendly
temps,
And fields
of daisies
in which
to lope.

Ole Man Winter
has loosened
his grip,
His snow
and cold
will soon
be gone;
New birth
and happiness
will take
its place,
And beauty
will fill
the early
dawn.

Sickness
and sorrow
of the last
three months,
Will soon
be behind
us;
Over new
babes and
colorful
plants,
We'll laugh
and make
a fuss.

Spring is
God's Season
of Hope,
It reminds
us of His
love;
In spring,
we celebrate
Easter,
When He sent
His love
from above.
