I may be a kid at heart,
But I love the quiet beauty of bubbles;
As they float gently through the air,
God reminds me to give Him my troubles.
God places His very own quiet beauty,
In each and every shining orb;
As it floats in the gentle breeze,
The colors from God, it absorbs.
A bubble may rise to heights unknown,
Or it may lay upon the ground;
God has a purpose for that bubble,
And, in the quiet, your purpose may be found.
God's quiet beauty is all around us,
Watch a butterfly light upon a lily;
Or see the hummingbird drink its nectar,
And fly around acting rather silly.
Bubbles, butterflies, birds and flowers,
All provide quiet beauty from the Lord;
Quiet your aching soul and listen,
You may hear Jesus knocking at your door.
