LOVE WHISPERS

I often hear whispers from the Holy Spirit,
Or maybe it's angels whispering in my ear;
The voice calms my spirit as it says
Jesus loves you and you need not fear.

I know God sends angels to our world,
Although we do not often recognize them;
Their job is to deliver God's message,
They encourange us to worship Him.

These whispers come when I am in pain,
Or when life seems to be a mess;
God knows I am in desperate need,
And He knows how to calm me, I confess.

Love whispers are what I call them,
God wants me to know I am loved;
He doesn't hide His affection,
His care for me is ungloved.

I treasure God's love whispers,
They often give me needed strength;
He reminds me of His mighty power,
His love is of an immeasurable length.
