June 2, 2000. An end and a beginning. This was the day I graduated with 95 classmates from Saint John the Baptist College Prep. Four years of my life that weren't necessarily the easiest but they sure were the best to that point. Four years of laughter and tears, of easy times and hard ones, of joy and sorrow. Met some great people, made some great friends, and experienced some great things. This was the end of that but the beginning of the future. High school is in the past, but it isn't forgotten. My closest friends are those from high school. Most of my favorite memories are high school memories. It has shaped me and brought me to where I am. But enough with the mushy junk. If you want more of that read my Salutatorian speech. How bout some pictures of the fun we had....
Me and the folks! Mom and Dad look proud, don't they? Ah, if not they sure hide it well. This was taken at the reception in our gym after the ceremony. It was a quaint little cookie and punch type of thing. Lots of flashes from cameras and hugs galore.
