The Monroe Moccasins got a hat trick from Dorian Anneck and two goals from Darren Dougan to take a 6-4 road win over Alexandria on Friday.
The Mocs jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the first period as Anneck scored two goals 40 seconds apart.
Dougan, Anneck and Kelvin Solari put the game away with second-period goals.
Clint Owen made 24 saves for Monroe, as the Mocs were 2-of-6 on the power play.
"We had good movement on the power play," Mocs coach Brian Curran said.
Out a month with an injury, Mocs defenseman Jason Smith returned to the lineup and picked up two assist.
