MINUTES FROM NOV 21st MEETING @ST. PETER
Scheduling is getting closer. With 265 teams registered for this year, Gym time is at a premium as always.
Sacred Heart has obtained Valley Park High School for some games. Way to go gentlemen.
We welcomed Jim Whitledge from Webster Hills Methodist who was standing in for Paige Salveter. His daughter played for Annunciation, so he has a passing knowledge of how the district program is run. Thanks for coming Jim.
Be sure that all coaches are aware of mandatory attendance at ONE of the coaching clinics. We will be handing out an attendance sheet to the lay directors and tracking all coaches, assistants, and bench personnel.

- Team Assignments- Bill handed out sheets showing current registration of teams and placement in leagues. We went over each league and were able to resolve all placements
- Coaching Clinics-Dates were confirmed and Kevin promised to update/correct the website with all information
- Pat Moore is working on both written directions to all gym sites and a letter to be handed out to coaches and parents regarding CYC principles
- The playing time motion was tabled again for discussion at a later meeting. But we will request that all teams try to conform to the 1/4 playing time CYC rule from the playoffs.
- The team rosters are due Dec 12th and only one copy is required.
- St. Joseph Manchester is having a free coaching clinic hosted by Coach Don Maurer from SLUH.
