MINUTES FROM NOV 7th MEETING @ST. PETER
Thanks again to Jim Moore for his work on the rules summation. Bill Updike and Kevin McCann will review the items and we will all go over them at the next meeting.
Anyone not turning in their league fees please get them to Bill Updike ASAP. His address is on the phone list handed out at the earlier meetings.
We welcomed Cecil Jones, 6th grade boys coach from Webster Hills Methodist. He told us they would have 4 teams 5/6 B/G (3 C level and 6B=A level). Thanks Cecil. We're looking forward to your teams participating.

TOPICS DISCUSSED
- Rulebooks were handed out to lay directors
- Voice Mail is still not operative on the district phone number
- Our table at the CYC banquet this Tuesday at the Clayton Radisson still has open chairs. Call Bill Updike if interested in going.
- Coaching clinic changes were announced (one change after the meeting as noted above).
- Upcoming tournaments - St. Michael 4th B/G, St. Paul 4th B/G, St. Elizabeth 7/8 B/G - See Website for details
- St. Norbert has requested to have a 7th grade girls A team play inour 8th grade A league. Stipulations were set that they would not reperesent the district in the City/County Playoffs and they were not eligible for league championship. After discussion, a motion was made by Rob Boyle to approve their aceptance under those conditions and seconded by Dave King. The motion was passed with Annunciation dissenting.
- We have accepted a team from Manchester United Methodist at 141 and Manchester. More details to follow. They will be charged for gym game time in addition to the league fee.
- After Jim Moore handed out and explained his rules summation sheets, a motion was made by John Borders to establish (or reinstate possibly) a rule requiring that all players play in each half of a game. Joe Herber seconded and the motion was tabled until next meeting for further discussion.
- The CYC City/County Championship Tournament runs from April1st through April 9th. Our Post Season begins March 19th and ends April 2nd. There will be no overlap for those A teams involved.
