MINUTES FROM OCT 24th MEETING @ST. JOSEPH
Thanks to Cliff Albers and the St. Joseph crew for their wonderful hospitality. The food and drinks were wonderful and your gym looks great. We're looking forward to playing in it!
Thanks also to Pat Schappert of the ST. LOUIS SWARM who attended our meeting and informed of programs sponsored by the SWARM for this year. We will have many chances for group outing with discounted tickets to home games this year at the St. Charles Arena. He gave us brochures and highlights about the team. Thanks for the visit Pat. We look forward to catching some games this year, especially that inauguaral game Nov. 26th.

TOPICS DISCUSSED
- Bill reminded everyone about our table at the CYC Banquet Nov. 7th and said we still have some open seats.
- Bill handed out new team registration sheets
- Bill also handed out a budget review with a proposal to up the reimbursement fee for 7/8th grade games to $40 with the other grades being $38.
- The above changes were moved by Rob Boyle and seconded by Jack Wiese. A unanimous majority approved passage.
- Coaching clinic dates were discussed, with Pillar on Dec. 19th for sure. Magdalen is looking into Thu Dec. 2 and Wed or Thurs ,Dec 15 or 16th. St. Joseph is looking into Dec 11 or 18th.
- We will attempt to keep Tournament information up-to-date on the website.
- Epiphany is having a 3rd grade league - call Ron Anderson 645-4909
- For high school leagues, call Butch Rosier at the CYC office 371-0106.
- A motion was made by Tom Schwarz to allow two St. bridget 8th grade boys to play on the 7th grade team. It was seconded by Fran Field and approved by a unanimous majority.
