Topics Discussed

• Bill explained ID and roster requirements for all teams. ( See Below)
• Bill addressed several issues brought up by Pat Moore from her tour of various gym sites.
• St. Genevieve announced their annual President's Day tournament from Feb. 14 thru Feb. 21st. Details on website.

Team Roster and ID requirements

• ALL teams must have an approved roster at the game
• The approved roster should have each player's number written in in the appropriate slot. NO OTHER WRITING SHOULD BE ADDED TO THE ROSTER.
• No one is permitted to add a player to an approved roster.
  This is accomplished by a supplemental roster form which must be filled out and approved prior to the 25th day of the season.
• The scorekeeper should request rosters AND CYC IDs from coach prior to the game
• The scorekeeper should enter player name and numbers only from the approved roster, NOT from the team scorebook.
• No coach should EVER enter information on the Official scorebook.
• Referees should review IDs against the approved roster prior to the game.
• Referees should also review IDs against all players prior to the game
• Failure to comply with the above procedures is a cause for forfeiture of the game.

Attendance

• All parish directors present except for St. Peter
• Manchester United Methodist and Webster Hills Methodist sent coaches.
