MMMBopin' Miracles Chapter 16

Tay and Zac both laughed as two more came in and ran to me. Ike followed after. "Jessica, we'd like you to meet our sisters and brother. The one in your lap is Mackenzie, the one to your left is Avery, and the one next to Gus is Jessica!" Ike told me. "Well hello! I'm Jessica too!" I said as I shook their little hands. Bianca introduced herself too. "You're pretty!" Avery said to me as she sat down next to the dog and started petting him. "Isn't she Tay?" Tay smiled at her and blushed. Before he could ansewr there was another knock at the door. Tay got up to answer it. "What's the doggie's name?" asked Jessica. "His name is Gus!" I answered as I rubbed Gus' head. "Gus Gus!" Mackie shouted as he hugged Gus. Gus moaned his playfull moan and licked him. Then Tay opened the door and in walked Diana, "Okay kids, time to go to bed now!" she said. "Okay mom!" Jessica and Avery answered as they got up and walked over to her. "Come on Mackie!" Diana said as she toke Avie's hand. "Night Night!" Mackie said as he kissed Gus on the nose. He ran to Diana and waved to us. "Bye Bye!" he said as he held her hand. "Don't stay up too late kids!" she said as she walked out of the room with the kids. "Okay mom!" Ike, Tay, and Zac replied in unison. "Okay Diana!" Bianca and I said. Ike then shut the door as Diana started to walk away. Then he handed Zac the movie and he popped it in the VCR and Ike shut off the lights. Then we all settled down to watch the movie in pitch black darkness until the movie started.

At one point in the middle of the movie, something rubbed against my foot and I jumped up and screamed. Not realizing that I had grapped Tays hand in fright. "Oops, sorry!" I apologized. "Oh, that's okay." he replied. I let go and looked down at my feet, it was the dog at my feet, he had woken up and swished his tail at my feet. He saw me looking at him and he jumped into my lap. He was very heavy but I let him stay since I was a little scared. Then we all calmed down and finished watching the movie.
