Step 1: Make the frosting, or if it is already made, then make it the color of your choice and put it into your frosting tube. An frosting tube is a triangular shape peice of paper that if folded a certian way and has a metal tip at the bottom.
Step 2: Put the picture in the desired place of the cake. Just lay it down flat.
Step 3: Line the edges of the picture with frosting and decorate as wished. Vuala you're done!
IMPORTANT NOTE: DO NOT EAT THE PICTURE! TAKE IT OFF BEFORE EATING THE CAKE!
