Whoa!!! well, this concert was like ages ago, and yeah i fucking liked bush X, do you got a problem?!??! im not gonna deny it, im not one of those stupid poser fucks who are like ewww!!! bush, i hate those wannabes....sure, i fell subject to media conformatism, but i was 15....and 14 so gimme a break...gawd, we all have to discover ourselves and in the process make some stupid mistakes
i was very excited about this concert...bought a whole new outfit and everything. i gotta admit i loved those bright blue pants i bought for it. My mom threw them out cuz she hated them, but i thought they were funky. Anyway, i paied 41.30 for this ticket!! can you believe that?!?! i was crazy, but little did i know that i could see amazing concerts for like 8 bucks, aw well. shit!!! i still wore braces back then..wierd, but anyway.
so, the night started off hectic, me and bieniasz(a.k.a. toto, a.k.a. dorothy, and a couple of other things:))were gettin ready to go see that hottest dude on the face of the planet....gavin. so anyway, we got ready and stuff and then bieniasz's sister-in-law gave us a ride, but first we went to go pick up some guy(i cant remember his name, but he was dorothy's ex-bf dont ask, i really dont know what goes on wit dat chick)who lives in this huge house...an extremely rich st mikes college kid..but when i say extremely i mean dirty rich...this house was like fucking crazy.. it is near casa loma *hint hint*
when we arrived at the gardens..we were late. it was pretty hectic that nite..a lot of people were out to see the almighty bush. when we got inside we could already hear age of electric playing inside, another shitty band opening for bush. our seats were B A D !!!! like greys or something, but we had a pretty good view of what was goin on in the back of the stage!! like for example, when AOE was getting off stage we waved to that lead singer and he waved back! well i know i sound like a cheezy teeny-bopper, but i am!! and proud of it. and the dude had a nice butt...if that possible. well, we got settled in our seats just in time, cuz out came veruca salt, the other opener for the nite...i guess they were oke, they had cool shoes, but can be a tad annoying
finally!! out came bush, after much anticipation and some dude climbing this rope, long story...bush played, we couldnt see a thing, supposedly there was this big screen that had images of various things playing, but we were totally oblivious to that because all we could see was the side view. all i can say is that i was satisfied, they played my fave song, straight no chaser or something and of course glycerine which was cool cuz everyone had lighters and stuff, gaving looked hot, even though his voice was a bit raspy that nite.. bush isnt all that grand live...take my word for it, but for a rip off band they kicked!!! hahaha i had a good time, it was like my first MAJOR concert...i bought a long sleeved bish tour t shirt for like 30 bucks..i still have it and always will..even though i dont wear it..well not everyday that is...jokes
i just had to add this in..during the concert, these motherfuckers who sat behind us, kept on grabbing my ass, and i was peeved so i turned around and started burning this drunken dude with a lighter it was fun...the only annyong thing about bush concerts other than the music is that they attract a lot of drunken men...and i always happen to be sitting beside them
