Our mission will be achieved through these objectives:
1. Provide a home where they will reside and be taken care off by a responsible adult.
2. To rehabilitate children of the street and help them move beyond street life.
3. To provide food, clothing and any medical help where needed.
4. To help trace family members of these kids and find means of getting them together.
5. Get them back to school in order to help them to be established educationally.
6. To train them in proper methods of community building and helpfulness, both for the support of the community and the relief of the needy.
7. To strengthen and purify the social life of these young people and to make them an uplifting force in all areas of life.
8. To promote and develop their artistic, trade and entrepreneurial skills.
9. To encourage development, recognition and utilization of the most appropriate operational practices and modern technology in conducting the activities of the Reach Out Development Fund.
