Goku is the main character throughout Dragon Ball /Z/GT. He was sent to Earth- by the Planet Trade- to conquer it. He was quite weak by thier standards, and so were the humans. They thought he could do the job.
He was found by an old man named Son Gohan. Gohan had trouble raising the boy. He was extreamly violent and strong. Gohan decided to name him Goku. One day, Goku fell out of his grandfathers pouch, fell into a revine, and hit his head. From then on, he would be a
good natured boy. His father Gohan always told him that on the night of a full moon, a monster would appear and reeked havok, and that Goku should stay indoors. One night, he caught a glimpse of the full moon, and transformed. In his transformed
state, he had no control over himself, and killed his grandfather. He kept the 4 star dragon ball, beleaving it contained the soul of his grandfather. He later ran into Bulma, Yamcha, Tien, Chau-zou, Puar, Oolong, and Krillin. Each person started off
as an enemy, and turned into a friend. Now, after peace had finnaly come, he met with his brother Radditz and learned of his Sayian heritage. Radditz was too powerful for them, so Goku sacraficed himself, and let Piccolo kill them both. He went to
train with King Kai, in preperation for Vegeta and Nappa. Gohan and Goku eventually beat them. Then Goku went to Namek to help out his friends. On the way there, he trained in 100x Earth gravity. He was the first one to reach Super Sayian level.
Freeza killed Krillin and he was so enraged that he went SSJ. Goku is considered the legendary SSJ who appears every some 1000 years, but I think it is Broli, but that is another story. In all of Dragon Ball /Z/GT, he has always found someway
to save the day. Goku used his mind to get through situations. That's what put him above the other fighters. He was also the first to get to SSJ level 4. In Dragon Ball, he had his tail permanently removed, but in GT, someone made a formula that
regrew his tail. At the end of Dragon Ball GT, Goku rode away on Shenlong, fused with the Dragon Balls. |
