D.O.C> Ministries Started in 2002 with meeting in the Park in Pelican rapids event was called Victory in the park were there were different speakers and singers. We also started God Fest in Frazee in 2004 to 2005 reaching the lost and hurting souls of the Frazee are.
We at D.O.C. Ministries are now exceeding we care and ink cartridges to help raise up funds to launch doc ministries to open food shelves and help with gas cards in small towns around the otter tail and Becker county areas.
