Emotions running rampant, I just can't go on like this
Is there hope? Is there a way?
Trapped inside this skin, caught up in a whirlwind
Everything then nothing is okay
Sometimes I just want to hide, get off this ride
Back and forth, side to side, up and down

The whole world is spinning around...
Then there's you, in your arms there's peace and rest
In you I find my comfort and safety, I am blessed

I no longer have to be swept along with all the rest
Beaten down by life, depressed
What does the world do?
I couldn't live without you
Struggling day to day, thinking that's the only way
Somehow knowing that it's not
Searching low and high for a thing to satisfy
But satifaction can't be bought
Somehow I have got to find some peace of mind
Who I am, what to do, why I'm here
How to fill this hole growing in my soul
