*Concerts are usually 90 minutes long. Sometimes they'll do an encore (usually if there's only one show that nite), lots of times with old covers.
*Promo shows are usually 30 - 45 minutes long and feature a few new songs, and a few of NBL and HAN.
*There are usually fan club meet and greets (unless there is like two shows that nite and there ain't enough time, then sometimes there isn't until after the second show). Just bring your card.
*If you aren't a fan club member you can join at the concert usually...sometimes if you buy a CD you get to go backstage too. A lot of times they'll do a general public signing but not always.
