The U.S. Courthouse was designed in the aftermath of the Oklahoma City bombing.  It has bomb-proof walls.  I took these pictures on new year's eve 1999.  All parking was prohibited within two and a half blocks of the Courthouse and City Hall, lest some millennial zealot pull up in a Ryder truck.
