What is that person thinking about me? Why are they looking at me like that? When is the world coming to an end? These are just some questions people with paranoia ask based on my personal direct experiences with people in my life. I tell them to calm down first and know that God is in control. After searching links on "paranoia" (down below), it seem like paranoia is caused by over anxiety and stress (see holy smoke or more down below)

According to health all refer, "Paranoid personality disorder is a psychiatric condition characaterized by extreme distrust and suspicion of others."

  • Dr. Joseph F. Smith Medical Library
  • Earlier this afternoon I was talking with a close person in my life, who was "radical" talking about her personal situation. Some of what she said was "real", which I was able to understand why she said specific "things". I was trying to get her to refocus on "reality" as she was in "another world". She talked for 30+ minutes straight, which I let her "rumble on" until she gave me a break to speak. Sometimes they just need to be heard, so I just shut-up and listen.

Here are some other simliar stories of others that I wanted to search on the internet as I feel I'm not alone on this:

  • God, Jesus, Heaven & Hell Personal Testimony of Rick Porritt, from Newtestamentpattern

  • " My only previous use for this was to press a four-leaved clover inside of it and occasionally tuck it under my pillow at night, in some vain attempt at procuring some comfort from a state of paranoia about my health and death."

  • John Hemans, former druggy-rock n' roller

  • "Pretty soon I began to have some pretty weird things going on inside my head - I would suffer incredible bouts of paranoia, thinking that people were against me. A couple of times I had some pretty heavy LSD trips that I had to be talked down from - I realise now that the effects must have been pretty close to psychosis. I astral traveled a couple of times - floating above my body on my bed, completely detached from the physical world."

    Is there A Solution?

Depending on the situation-severity of the paranoid person, it seem like the solution is that person's trust on the individual(s) needs to be built. Also, whereever their faith is on, it needs to be on the Lord=>

Here are some Bible verses I found:
"Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the LORD our God."-Psalm 20:7
"Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in me."-John 14

  • Arlington Road, paranoid of government

  • "Events unfold that give him reason to suspect that his new neighborhood acquaintances, the Lang family, are up to no good. Oliver Lang is a creepy structural engineer whose coincidental connections to past violence have Faraday intrigued ... and more than a little paranoid"
