Introduction

• Whether you're someone that wants to get in shape, or someone that already does some kind of workout to stay in shape. You can be someone that just dreams about getting in shape or someone that runs in the morning or lifts weights or does Martial Arts. What ever you do to stay in shape, whatever part of planet earth you're on as long as you're a Muslim I have something to offer you for the sake of Allah.

You see all kind of people nowadays on late night television offering people ways of getting in shape and according to them it works and they have made it happen. Why get their motivation when you can get the Motivation of Allah? This site is for you if you're interested in understanding the benefits of getting in shape for the sake of Allah. This site is for brothers, sisters and kids alike.
• I am offering you something for the sake of Allah. Remember: Allah controls every single cell in our bodies and only by his allowing it to grow healthy and strong they will do so. The force of Allah is with us and all around us. This force is internal and ever lasting. You surrender to the ultimate force and power that made this universe so why should you not do the same of your health? You can putt your body through all the health foods and all the workouts but you will get no benefit from it unless Allah allows it to be.
• If we are Muslims and believe in that then why not do it in the name of Allah and why not do it for the sake of Allah. Allah has given his mercy to us and given us the Quran and Sunnah as guidance and a mercy through our beloved Prophet Mohammed (SAW).
• This site I have made because of my experience and awakening of Allah's mercy on me. From the time I was a teenager and wanting to be in the best shape of my life to the time I spent in the United State Marine Corp and the reawakening of Allah's Mercy to me. My experience of life for the sake of Allah from blood sweet and tears have brought me to realize no M16 A2 Service rifle, No grenade or rocket launcher, no fighting hand to hand combat skills will do me any good for every thing I am I am because of the ever lasting force that is Allah. I declare from my blood sweet and tears that there is no one worthy of worshiping but one Allah, and Mohammed (SAW) is his messenger. If you believe in Allah then follow this website as your guide for the sake of Allah to a better and healthy life.
