Queen Ghoma
As you fight her, wait for the eye to turn red. Hit it with your slingshot or use a deku nut. Then slash with your sword. She will climb the wall and drop eggs. Destroy and repeat.
King Dodongo
If you have a good supply of bombs you can win. As he opens his mouth to breathe fire, throw a bomb in it. It explodes then run up and hit him with your sword. He starts to roll. Move to the ledge by the lava to dodge this attack. Repeat as needed.
Barinade
This is a tough boss. He will start off hanging from the cieling with three tentacles. Hit the tentacles with the boomerang while Z-targeting. After you accomplish this, lock on and fire with your boomerang beware of the swinging jellyfish. When it is stunned, hit the electric jellyfish that are hovering. After you defeat then more come. Do the same thing and then hit with the 'rang. Run up, hit him with the sword and throw the boomerang, repeat this until done.
Phantom Gannon
As you enter this arena go to the center and turn around. Try to go down the stairs and then a fence closes. The phantom looks exaactly like Gannondorf. As he hops into the paintings, watch for two to run, shoot the brighter one as it pops out and repeat three times. Then he will hover and shoot beams of light. Repel them at him with your sword. He will fall and then hit him with your sword repeat the repel and attack as needed.
Volvagia
He will pop out of his hole and scratch or breathe fire. Before he does this, hit him with the Megaton Hammer, he will be stunned. Now hit him with your sword. Next he will fly up and either drop boulders or breathe fire. The boulders are easy to dodge. If he does fly up, hit him with an arrow or the Hookshot. Repeat.
Dark Link As You enter this bare room walk to the other side and back. A shadowy figure is waiting by the tree. He will jump out at you. Z-target him and wait for him to come close. Make sure you have plenty of Blue potions. As he gets close use Din's Fire. Repeat as needed.
Morpha
This is one of the easiast bosses. It's attacks are a tentacle attack and a bounce attack. Just dodge the tentacles and Longshot it in the nucleus that pops up, now slash and repeat.
Bongo Bongo
This shadow creature is quite hard. Use the lens of truth throughout the whole time. Shoot his hands and then he will fall to the drum. Hit his eye and repeat. It sounds easy but it is very hard.
Twinrova
This gruesome double trouble will fire ice and fire at you. Block it with your shield and it automatically fires back, make sure to hit the one that didn't fire. After awhile, the sisters will join together for they're double dynamite attack. Collect three beams and fire back. They will fall down and be stunned. Go slash with your sword and repeat.
Gannondorf
This boss will be sure to give you hell. Navi can't Z-target and you need to focus on him. So hold Z as you look at him and he shoots energy balls. Hit them back as you did with Phantom Gannon. After awhile, you will hit him and he will sit stunned in the air, shoot the Light Arrows and then jump to the middle. Slash him with your sword and repeat.
Gannon
Start off by hitting him in the head with a Light Arrow. He will be stunned and you can run behind him and slash his tail. After you do this a number of times, grab the Master Sword and do the same thing. After that do what Zelda says and poof. You win!!!!!
