[-The camera is on Michael Cole and he is outside a locker room door which reads "Chris Benoit"-]

Cole: Folks, I am outside Chris Benoit's locker room, the man that is schedules to face off against Shawn Michaels tonight for the richest prize in our game, The WWE Undisputed Championship... Now I am going to try and get an interview from the man himself...

[-Cole knocks on the door but there is no reply... He knocks again... Still no reply... Cole decides to open the door. He walks inside the room and it appears to be empty. As the camera goes around the corner Chris Benoit can be seen sitting on a steel chair with his full ring attire on. He is staring a hole through the floor and doen't even look up when Michael Cole begins to speak..-]

Cole: Sorry to disturb you Mr.Benoit... But, your match is only a whisper away and I was wondering if I could get your thoughts on it, with it being so close and all...

[-Benoit slowly raises his head and stares straighjt forward. He doesn't even look at the camera or at Michael Cole... He begins to speak in a whisper...-]

Benoit: Tonight, is my night. Tonight is my big night. Tonight is my big chance... My only chance. Tonight is my ticket to the top. I have worked far too hard to let this one slip. I have sacraficed too much over 18 years to not capture this moment. So when you ask me how I feel right now... I feel like goin out there and kickin ass before getting the WWE title and being the best damn cchampion that this federation has ever seen...

Cole: Your talking there about whipping your freind, HBK's, ass... Does that still relate to you in the back of your mind?

Benoit: Right now, I don't know that man. When I woke up thius morning, I didn't have a friend called Shawn Michaels, I had a barrier called Shawn Michaels. A man who was trying to stop me from achieving my destiny. That is something that will not happen and that uis something that will make me forget our friendship...

[-Benoit raises his voice-]

Benoit: For one night...

Cole: Well right now, Shawn Michaels is probably thinking the same thoughts as you... He sees you as his "barrier" from WWE gold...

Benoit: Well that is something that I am willing to accept but that man has been there before and that man does not have as much of the fresh hunger and desire as The Rabid Wolverine... And that is exactly what I'll be tonight, A Rabid Wolverine. When the crowd shout out a call for blood, that is what they'll get... And get it in due course...

[-With that, Chris Benoit stands up, takes his Intercontinental Championship in his hand, breathes in and out, and walks out of the locker room leaving Michael Cole standing alone witht eh camera...-]

Shane McMahon vs Vince McMahon
Special Guest Referee: Eric Bischoff

NO CHANCE IN HELL! As the Corporation's music hits, out walks the owner of the WWE, Vincent K. McMahon. The fans start to boo heavily as Vince looks out with a smile on his face as he makes his way down the ramp. He struts down to ringside and climbs into the ring as he screams for Shane to come out.

HERE COMES THE MONEY! Shane McMahon's music begins to play as he walks out onto the ramp. He stares down at his father and runs down the ramp to the ring.

Shane McMahon quickly slides into the ring and TACKLES Vince to the mat...and begins to punch away at his father! Shane continues to punch away, as blood starts to come from Vince's forehead! Vince has already been busted open!

I'M BACK! As Eric Bischoff's music hits, he quickly makes his way out onto the ramp and climbs up into the ring. He runs over to Shane McMahon and pulls him off Vince, telling him the match hasn't officially started yet.

Shane looks over at Bischoff and pushes him away! Bischoff stares at Shane and then calls for the bell for the match to get underway!

As Vince slowly regains himself and gets back to his feet...Shane TACKLES Vince again! Shane gets back to his feet...and begins to STOMP away Vince in the corner!

Shane pulls Vince back to his feet...and CLOTHESLINES him over the top rope! Shane slides to the outside...and WHIPS Vince into the ringpost!

Vince has been busted wide open! Shane looks at the cut...and attacks like a shark smelling blood! Eric Bischoff is on the outside trying to separate the two and get them back into the ring, but Shane continues to attack!

Shane begins to punch away at the cut on Vince's forehead! Shane lifts Vince up, and SLAMS him onto the Spanish announcers' table! Shane climbs back into the ring and jumps up onto the top rope!

Eric Bischoff is on the outside, yelling at Shane to get the action back into the ring! Shane climbs up to the top rope, looks out at the crowd and leaps........
