Sable vs Miss Jackie vs Victoria vs Kimberly Page #1 Contenders Match for WWE Women's Championship Kimberly Page proved why she is the most deserving diva to get a shot at the Women's Championship in this match! After Sable and Miss Jackie tried to take it to Victoria and Kim....both women came back with thunderous clotheslines! The two women then proceeded to throw Sable and Miss Jackie to the outside! It is now Victoria and Kim Page in the ring...but Victoria proves to be no match for Kimberly. After a missed Widow's Peek by Victoria....Kim takes Victoria out....with a DIAMOND CUTTER! The Rock’s entrance theme hits the PA system, evoking a huge ovation from the Edmonton fans!
JR: "It’s The Rock! The Rock is here, King!"
King: "Listen to this ovation!"
The Rock made his way slowly down to the ring, climbed the nearest turnbuckle, and saluted the nearby fans. Collecting a microphone from the ring announcer, Lillian Garcia, he raised it to his lips, and began to speak…
The Rock: "FINALLY …. THE ROCK … HAS COME BACK … TO EDMONTON!"

Shawn Michaels made his way out onto the ramp, interrupting The Rock! The fans erupted yet again, showing their respect for the Heart Break Kid.
JR: "The fans are on their feet for the showstoppa, King!"
King: "Don’t tell me these two are gonna go at it, right here, right now?"
HBK made his way down to the ring, giving out high-fives along the way, and slid into the ring. He and The Rock were staring right into each other’s eyes … circling the ring.
The Rock: "What .. in the blue hell are-"
HBK: "Rock, Rocky, Rocky … You made it out of Pittsburgh at last! I have just come out to greet you in person, and say that, around here it’s …"
HBK, out of nowhere hit The Rock with some Sweet Chin Music! The Rock is down!
JR: "Sweet Chin Music! Sweet Chin Music!"
HBK bent down, and got right in The Rock’s face….
HBK: "An eye for an eye, Rocky … an eye for an eye…"
Shawn Michaels stood up, raised his Undisputed Title high into the air, saluting the fans. The fans were on their feet in such excitement to kick off Backlash. HBK, after looking at Rock one more time, made his way to the back, a look of having accomplished some revenge on his face.
The two technical wrestlers get into the ring and get ready for this submission match. Benoit and Hart meet at the center of the ring and do a stare down. Hart puts out his hand to shake Benoit's. Benoit shakes his hand...but Hart delivers an ARM DRAG..and quickly puts him into a submission! Hart locks it on...but Benoit quickly grabs hold of the ropes!
The referee calls the break...but Hart holds on to add more pain to the shoulders of Benoit. Hart then lets go..but immediately STOMPS away at Benoit! Hart pulls Benoit up...and whips him to the ropes...REVERSAL! Hart goes to the ropes...and comes back into...a SWIFT KICK!
Benoit grabs hold of Hart's leg...and puts him into...a HALF CRAB! Benoit locks it on tight! Hart tries to reach for the ropes...but Benoit holds him in the middle of the ring. Hart pushes...and REVERSES IT! Benoit yells in pain...but soon makes his way to the ropes!
Both men quickly get up...but Benoit delivers...a OVERHEAD BELLY TO BELLY SUPLEX! Benoit pulls Hart back up to deliver another...but Hart blocks it! And delivers a GERMAN SUPLEX TO Benoit! AND ANOTHER! AND A THIRD GERMAN SUPLEX!
Hart grabs hold of Benoit's leg...and locks on...the SHARPSHOOTER! Benoit twists and fights...and turns over...and KICKS Hart off of him!
Hart runs in..into a SNAPMARE! Benoit grabs Hart by the neck...and puts him into a SURFBOARD HOLD! Benoit holds on...but Hart somehow manages to roll out of the move!
Before Hart can get back up...Benoit puts on...the CRIPPLER CROSSFACE! Benoit has it locked on! BUT Hart QUICKLY MOVES AND GRABS THE ROPES!
Benoit breaks the hold and waits for Hart to get back up. Hart gets to his feet....SUPER KICK! NO! Hart BLOCKS IT...grabs hold of his leg...and locks on the SHARPSHOOTER! Hart has it on Benoit! Benoit tries to push Hart off...but Hart holds on...and keeps Benoit in the middle of the ring! Benoit tries to make it to the ropes...but Hart drags him into the middle of the ring! Benoit takes one final reach....but taps out! Bret Hart has defeated Benoit!!
HERE IS YOUR WINNER / BRET ‘HITMAN’ HART
After the match finishes.....Hart looks down and pulls Benoit to his feet. Hart puts out his hand to shake hands....but Benoit hits Hart with a HARD RIGHT! Benoit is beating Hart down to the mat! Here comes Chris Jericho! Jericho makes his way to the ring....and is helping Benoit take Bret Hart out!
TEST.....THIS IS A TEST! Here comes Test! Test makes his way to ringside and climbs in....he pushes Jericho and Benoit off of Hart. Test pulls Bret up to his feet....WAIT! NO! Test just hit Bret....with THE BIG BOOT!
As Hart lays down and out on the mat, both Jericho and Benoit have the CROSSFACE and the WALLS OF JERICHO locked in on Bret Hart! Test looks down at the Hitman...and spits in his face! Test then calls for a microphone.....
Test: I pinned HBK right in the Center of this Ring last week and what did i get for it eh, a Special Guest Commentator. Well I'm Sorry but that just isnn't good enough. Tonight Chris Benoit, Chris Jericho and Me TEST have made a statement! We have been thrown around like garbage and we arent taking it anymore. You want to Hold us Back, you want to call us Failures..Well Bret Hart , The So Called Best there is just saw and felt why we are The Best. You can Call us Flops or whatever You want. Bret Hart was First and Now The Rest will feel it too. We are not going to be held Down any longer. If you Try just Look at Bret Hart.
All Three Men Raise hands as they lexit the Ring With Bret Hart's limp body a signal to the Rest of the Doubters.
It's Time....for Some Latino Heat!
The scene opens at the parking area of the Backlash arena. A security gaurd is standing with a clip board in front of the entrance. All of a sudden, a red lowrider comes riding into the building. Eddie parks it and gets out. Gail Kim and the Chavos also hop out and the four of them head toward the door, where the security gaurd is standing.
"Sorry," The gaurd said to them. "I can't let you pass through here unless you have a V.I.P. ticket."
"I don't need a ticket, esse!" Eddie told the security gaurd. "I'm Latino Heat Eddie Guerrero, you have to let me through."
"I don't see you on the VIP list, you don't have a backstage pass, I can't let you in. Sorry, man."
"Do you even watch wrestling?" Eddie asked the man.
"No." The gaurd said before letting Austin pass.
"What was that about?" Eddie asked him.
"That was Stone Cold, everyone knows who he is!"
Eddie and the rest begin to look iritated, but Stone Cold turns around and says "They're with me," and the security gaurd finally let's the four of them through.
Eddie thanked Stone Cold as the five of them began to enter the building. After a minute of walking they meet up with, who else? Jonathan Coachman.
"Hey, Eddie! What's up, man?"
"Shut up, esse!" Eddie told him in anger. "Why are you everywhere I go? Are you stalking me?"
"No. It's just my obligation to Vince to get a good interview with his top talent!"
"Another interview?" Stone Cold asked him. "Stone Cold thinks you are stalking him!"
"I'm not, I just want to know. How do you feel about your match tonight? I think I got a good enough interview with you last week on Raw, I just have to ask if you have any words for your opponents."
"Yeah, I do, esse. First off, I have to say that I have no fears about my match tonight. I am going to go out there, I am going to fight my heart out, and I am going to win Intercontinental gold, vato! Also, to all my opponents, I want to say that this will be the fight of a lifetime. I am not afraid to admit that you guys are going to give me one hell of a match up tonight, but I think that I am going to win no matter what, no matter how hard you try. You just didn't get lucky when you had to fight him."
Coach thanked him for the interview. "Anytime, homes." Eddie replied to him before walking away.
