* Hunter Hearst Helmsley, with a little help from Chyna, beat Owen Hart to retain the WWF European Title. Chyna had been handcuffed to Commissioner Slaughter at ringside, but threw powder in his eyes and delivered a low blow to Hart, allowing Helmsley to apply the Pedigree for the win. The band played the D-X theme live as Helmsley walked out to the ring.
* Marc Mero & sable beat Goldust and Luna in the "Mixed Tag Match". Sable pinned Luna after applying the TKO (Mero's finisher).
* Ken Shamrock forced Rocky Maivia to submit to an anklelock, but the decision was reversed when Shamrock snapped and attacked several referees. Faarooq came out while Shamrock maintained the hold, but he refused to help Rocky and just went walked away. Maivia retained the Intercontinental Title, despite suffering a bloody mouth and having to be stretchered out of the ring. Shamrock chased the stretcher down and continued to beat on Rocky after the result was announced. Before the match Tennessee Lee introduced "Double J" Jeff Jarrett and Gennifer Flowers. Flowers served as the ring announcer.
* Cactus Jack and "Chainsaw" Charlie defeated the New Age Outlaws to win the WWF World Tag Team Titles. An in-ring spot involving a ladder saw Cactus and Billy Gunn being dumped off of it into the dumpster placed at ringside. The match then moved to the back, where "Chainsaw" (Terry Funk) used a forklift to dump the outlaws into another dumpster. Cactus Jack slammed the two lids shut and the duo were declared the new champions.
* Pete Rose, in the ring as guest ring announcer, taunted the Boston crowd over past failures by the Boston Red Sox baseball team. ("The last time I was here we kicked your ass!" Rose was formerly with the Cincinnati Reds.) Kane and Paul Bearer then came to the ring. Kane grabbed Rose by the neck, then planted the baseball legend into the mat with a Tombstone Piledriver.
* The Undertaker defeated Kane, pinning him after three successive Tombstone Piledrivers. During the match itself the Undertaker tried a plancha from the ring to the floor, but Kane swatted the Undertaker aside, forcing him to smash into the Spanish announcer's table-totally demolishing it. The Undertaker, clad in a new robe, came to the ring lead by his "Druids" carrying burning torches, as "O Fortuna" from "Carmina Burana" (by Carl Orff) played. He also had a new ring robe. Kane piledrived the Undertaker on a steel chair after the match.
* "Stone Cold" Steve Austin defeated Shawn Michaels to win the WWF World Heavyweight Title. Early in the match the referee made Helmsley and Chyna return to the lockerroom. Near the end of the match the referee was knocked out when Austin threw Michaels into a corner. Austin then ducked a Superkick and applied the Stone Cold Stunner. "Iron" Mike Tyson, who had been the "Enforcer" outside the ring and had teased helping Michaels all through the match, came in and made the three count. Austin gave Tyson an "Austin 3:16" t-shirt. When Michaels recovered he confronted Tyson, threw a punch, but Tyson blocked it and decked Michaels with one of his own. Tyson draped the Austin t-shirt over Michaels' face. Michaels was still out as Austin and Tyson walked out of the arena.
