Walk up the path shooting all the guys you see. When you get to the set of two huts facing each other, turn tword the one with the barrels in front of it. Go twords it and keep on walking past it. You should find a hut alone. Go inside and kill the three guys. One will drop a large key. Pick it up and then go back to the two houses facing each other with the barrels. Once back there go into the house on the left without barrels in front of it. The safe key will be on the table there. Once you get it, exit that hut and take the trail to the large communications tower with the big dish on top of it. Enter it and walk up the stairs. From there go to the end open the door. Then walk over to the computer and press "B" to power it down. Now exit the communications tower the same way you entered it. Once outside, walk around to the back of the tower and take the trail on the left. Walk down it and you should find two huts and a fenced in area. Go into the area and enter the house on your left. Kill any guys you find. Then walk over to the safe and open it to obtain the bunker plans. Then exit the area and go back to the communications tower. At the tower go to the right, the opposite way you turned to go to the area with the safe. Then just walk though the vally to the ventilation tower. It will look like a frozen ground water tower. Climb up the ladder and shoot of the four locks on the corners of the center plate. Then drop down to the bunker.
If you shoot the model vehicles in the huts they will blow up the whole hut.
