Band & Member Bios

The Stereo began in the spring/summer of 1999 when ex-Animal Chin frontman Jamie Woolford and ex-Impossibles member Rory Phillips got together and brainstormed the superband, The Stereo. The two-man band released an album ("Three Hundred") and then recruited Jeremy Tappero (JT) and Jeremy Bergo into the band for their first tour that very summer. Complications happened and Rory was no longer a member of the band any longer. His replacement was Erik Hanson. Erik was featured on their EP, "New Tokyo is Calling," and then toured for a handful of months, but he had to quit because he wanted to focus more of his time on his other band, Amp 176. In came Ross Felrath as the third in their line of guitarist, and tour manager, David Galea. But Ross only stayed for the summer tour and back came Erik in time for the Europe tour and music video.
