Speedys Biker Recipies
HEY!!!!! If you don't think these are for real, try em!
After all, I have'ta eat just like the rest of you!!!!!
Speedys Biker Chili (low fat too!!)
- 1 1/4 lb.- boneless, skinless chicken breast (diced)
- 1- packet taco seasoning
- 1-24oz. jar of salsa (I prefer Pace)
- 1-8oz. bag fat free shredded cheddar cheese
- 1-can fat free refried beans
- 2-cups cooked white rice
- Fry diced chicken until fully cooked and drain fat.
- Add taco seasoning and water according to directions on seasoning packet.
- If you're not using a really big frying pan, transfer to suitable pot at this time.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Warm on low heat and stir frequently or it'll burn to the bottom of the pan.
- Once its all hot, SERVE IT UP!!!
- Its great with chips or also as a burrito filler.
- Now this is only the mild version, add diced jalapenos to liven it up.
Speedys All-Purpose Biker Sauce
- Mix all this in a gallon jug.
- 1/2- gallon apple cider
- 1- bottle of Frenchs yellow mustard
- Put the cap on and shake well now or the mustard won't break up
- Now for the rest of the ingredients.......
- 1/2-bottle soy sauce
- 1/2-bottle whoshtershire sauce(or however you spell it)
- 1-full bottle tobasco sauce(NO!!! Its not to much)
- 20bottles K.C.Masterpiece bar-b-que sauce
- 1-beer of your choice(I prefer Old Mill)
- 1-teaspoon crushed red peppers(Add more or less for your taste)
- Now put the cap on and shake it up real good.
- Put it in the fridge for 2 days and shake again before using.
- For roasin' a pig, sprinkle a little on every time you stoke the coals.
- You'll run out before its cooked but thats alright.
- The more the pig cooks the more it soaks in.
- What doesn't soak in gets really thick & tasty!
- This also works great as a marinate or as a dip for grilled brats.
- Try mixing some in with your ground beef before making burgers.
