Kickflip Body Varial

1. First roll in a confortable distance then put your back foot on the tail and front foot on the edge of the board like you would do a regular kickflip.

2. Then as you hit the tail on to the ground slide your front foot up to the nose.

3. As u hit the nose move your body 180.

4. Not the hard part, always keep an eye on the board when you flip it. Always stay on top of the board.

5. As soon as u see the griptape of your board put your foot down and have balance.
