
1. Place feet in backside heelflip position
2. Pop a shuvit with your back foot
3. When it is at 90 degrees flip the board with your heel (kick your
heel forward rather than towards the nose and out)
4. Tuck your legs up high so the board doesnt hit your legs
5. when you see the griptape side up slam your feet down hard over the
trucks to prevent slipiing out and falling.
