*Several months had passed since the rangers went into great Angel Grove canyon and dawned their new powers. The rangers of Earth had just recently received word from their friends in space. The news had come when they were all at the Power Station. They couldn't even begin to imagine who made their new powers on the New World. Images of their new suits, zords, weapons, etc had appeared before their very eyes. Cassie started welling up tears and turned away from the image of the new megazord. It reminded her too much of the destroyed Rescue MegaZord.*

Rocky: *Looking concerned.* What's wrong Cassie?

Cassie: *Still teary eyed.* Their new megazord...it brings up bad memories of the Rescue MegaZord.

Rocky: *Looking knowingly.* I know what it feels like to loose a megazord. I watched the Thunder MegaZord fall apart right in front of me.

Cassie: *Looking up at Rocky.* But you never had it happen two more times.

*Andros turned away as his own eyes started to well with tears. He couldn't bare to conjure up memories of the destroyed Delta MegaZord. He worked so hard to find it, only to later see it get destroyed by Ecliptor. He had grown almost as fond of it as he had with the Astro MegaZord. Mega Voyager seemed like an industrial strength megazord that would be with them to the end. But before that end had come, it was destroyed. Andros would've given almost anything if those two mighty megazords hadn't crumbled before the end.*

*Rocky decided to keep his mouth shut about the Ninja and Shogun MegaZords. It wasn't like he saw them fall apart, but he never knew if they were alright. Zordon never told him or the others what happened to them.*

Alpha: *Running in.* I hate to break this up, but Pythos is giving us more trouble with a monster!

Trini: *Sighing.* Doesn't he ever sleep?

Alpha: *Going out.* I'm afraid not.

Adam: *Shrugging shoulders.* Guess we better get going.

All: It's morphin time!

*The rangers do some nifty moves.*

Trini: Monitor Desert power!

*Trini's morpher lights up so bright that it covers her in white light. When the light fades, she stands firm in her white ranger suit.*

Rocky: Gila Desert power!

*Rocky's morpher lights up so bright that it covers him in green light. When the light fades, he stands firm in his green ranger suit.*

Kimberly: Cougar Desert power!

*Kimberly's morpher lights up so bright that it covers her in purple light. When the light fades, she stands firm in her purple ranger suit.*

Andros: Coyote Desert power!

*Andros' morpher lights up so bright that it covers him in black light. When the light fades, he stands firm in his black ranger suit.*

Cassie: Hawk Desert power!

*Cassie's morpher lights up so bright that it covers her in blue light. When the light fades, she stands firm in her blue ranger suit.*

Adam: Tortoise Desert power!

*Adam's morpher lights up so bright that it covers him in orange light. When the light fades, he stands firm in his orange ranger suit.*

*The rangers teleport out to where the monster is. When they touch down, they narrowly escape one of the monster's giant feet.*

Kimberly: *Looking up at monster.* He grew the monster before sending it? That just really ticks me off!

Cassie: *Looks over at Kimberly.* No time to complain, we need our zords.

*The rangers raise their hands to the sky.*

All: We need Desert Monitor MegaZord power, now!

*The Desert zords show up and quickly conect to form the Desert Monitor MegaZord. The rangers use their heightened strength to get up to the cockpit.*

Adam: *Looks at everyone.* Let's show this monster how we deal with it's kind around here.

Kimberly: *Still ticked off at Pythos.* Let's.

*The rangers try to hit the monster, only to see it block the blow with precision speed. The rangers try some more, only coming up with the same result.*

Monster: *With an evil grin on it's face.* My turn!

*The monster lands a bunch of devastating blows on the Desert Monitor MegaZord. The Desert Monitor MegaZord soon reaches critical mass.*

Cassie: *Worry in her voice.* No, it's happening again!

Zordon: *Over communicator.* I won't let that happen again Cassandra. Teleport out, and I'll bring the zords back in for repairs.

*The rangers teleport out as the monster lands another blow on the megazord. The megazord separates and retreats after it falls to the ground.*

Monster: *Laughs.* Just as well. I can't wait to see what they'll throw at me next. *Teleports out.*

Trini: *Throws her helmet across the floor of the Power Station in frustration.* I can't believe it's happening again! That monster made the megazord look like a joke out there, Zordon!

Zordon: I know, but there may be a power that could help you combat this new threat.

Trini: *Excited.* Really? Where?

Zordon: *Smiles.* Yes, it will give you all new suits and zords. My sensors indicate that it is at the top of Devil's Summit. I can't teleport you any higher than the bottom. However, your power coins will be able to assist you in your struggle to the top.

Kimberly: *Looking disappointed.* Not again!

Andros: *Smiling.* Come on Kimberly, we get to use our power coins to an extent.

Kimberly: *Sighs.* But it's still starting at the hardest point!

Zordon: *Looks over at Andros and shrugs.* Well, get ready for teleportation.

Rocky: *With a questioned look on his face.* Don't we get power packs?

Zordon: *Shrugs again.* Sorry, electronic equipment doesn't work around Devil's Summit for some reason.

*Everyone groans.*

*Alpha teleports the rangers to the bottom of Devil's Summit.*

Cassie: *Looks up the wall of Devil's Summit.* Holy crud! I've never seen anything that tall before.

Kimberly: *Speaks into morpher.* Release.

*Her morpher opens up to release her power coin. She takes her power coin out.*

Kimberly: *Looking at others.* Everyone come over here and hang onto me really tight.

*Everyone did as she said.*

Kimberly: *Looking up.* Cougar wind power!

*Kimberly's power coin lights up before a powerful rush of air blasts the teens up to a ledge halfway up the summit. When they touch down, Kimberly's power coin fades to normal.*

Kimberly: *Looking at power coin.* Well, guess mine's all tapped out.

Rocky: *Looking at his morpher.* Let's see what mine can do. *Speaks into his morpher.* Release.

*His morpher opens up to release his power coin. He takes his power coin out.*

Rocky: *Looking at others.* I think you know the drill.

*Everyone comes over really close to Rocky and grabs onto him tight.*

Rocky: *Looks over his power coin in his hand, and sighs.* Gila earth power!

*Rocky's power coin lights up before a pillar of rock and hard packed dirt lifts the teens up to the summit. When they arrive at the summit, Rocky's power coin fades to normal.*

Rocky: *Smiling.* Just enough to get us to the top floor.

*A familiar voice cuts through the silence of the warm afternoon on the summit.*

Voice: Welcome rangers. I have been waiting for you.

*A ghostly young maiden appears in front of the rangers. She is wearing a fine green silk dress. She had soft skin and wavy blond hair.*

Cassie: *Looking at the maiden.* You're that voice we heard in the cavern of great Angel Grove canyon, aren't you?

Ghostly Maiden: *Smiling.* You are correct young Cassie. Allow me to introduce myself. I am Dulcea, phantom guardian of all power that originates from the desert.

Trini: *Smiles.* Nice to meet you.

Dulcea: *Smiles.* It's nice to meet such nice rangers too.

Adam: *With a questioned face.* So what do we have to do this time?

Dulcea: *With a straight face.* It won't be so easy this time. To open the wall behind me, it will be most difficult. The idea is the same as the last wall, but there's a catch.

Rocky: *With a questioned face.* What is it?

Dulcea: *Still with a straight face.* Well, I know you all have someone you care for dearly on this team. To open the wall, you'll have to say that person's totem animal when you're near the wall.

*Everyone blushes like crazy.*

Trini: *Looking concerned.* Do we have to?

Dulcea: *Looking at Trini.* If it were up to me, you wouldn't have to do this. But unfortunately, there's nothing I can do about it. Farewell rangers. *Vanishes.*

*The teens sheepishly inch their way up to the wall.*

Rocky: *Sighs.* Hawk.

*The small crystal bird of prey lights up blue.*

Cassie: *Looking over at others who are trying not to laugh.* Don't say a word! *Steps up closer to the wall.* Gila monster.

*The small crystal lizard lights up green.*

Trini: *Becomes as red as an apple as she lets out her secret.* Coyote.

*The small crystal canine lights up black.*

Andros: *Rubs back of neck as he blushes bright red.* Hey, I like a girl with smarts. *Mumbles Trini's totem animal.* Monitor.

*The small crystal lizard lights up white.*

*Adam starts to walk away from the wall. Kimberly grabs him and pulls him back.*

Kimberly: *Smiles.* Tortoise, and I don't care what you guys think. He's the sweetest person I've ever dated.

*The small crystal tortoise lights up orange.*

Adam: *Smiles at Kimberly's comment.* Cougar.

*The small crystal feline lights up purple.*

*The wall splits down the middle like before and moves aside. A pitch-black entrance appears. As the teens get close to the entrance, some torches inside flare up.*

Trini: *Looking grateful.* Thank goodness! Being in a dark cave just freaks me out whenever I think about what could be lurking in the darkness.

Rocky: *Smiling.* You're telling me.

*The teens go on for what seems forever. They finally reach a lit hole with a ladder leading down in it. They take the ladder down into a nicely lit chamber. In the middle of the chamber is a wooden pedestal with some clear power coins on top.*

Kimberly: *Looking astonished.* Wow, new power coins.

*She steps up to the wooden pedistal and picks up a clear power coin with a symbol of wind on it. A new morpher appears on her right wrist. A small slot comes out from the front of the new morpher. She places her new power coin on the small slot. The power coin starts rotating as the slot goes back into the morpher. The morpher lights up.*

Female Morpher Voice: Thank you. You are now the proud owner of the Wind Explorer Desert power.

*The morpher projects a small holograph of a massive purple s.u.v.*

Female Morpher Voice: That is your new Solar zord, Wind Explorer.

*Rocky picks up a clear power coin with a symbol of vegetation on it. His new morpher appears on his right wrist. A small slot comes out of the front of the new morpher. He places his new power coin on the small slot. The power coin starts rotating as the slot goes back into the morpher. The morpher lights up.*

Male Morpher Voice: Thank you. You are now the proud owner of the Earth Cruiser Desert power.

*The morpher projects a small holograph of a massive green van.*

Male Morpher Voice: That is your new Solar zord, Earth Cruiser.

*Trini picks up a clear power coin with a symbol of the sun on it. Her new morpher appears on her right wrist. A small slot comes out of the front of the new morpher. She places her new power coin on the small slot. The power coin starts rotating as the slot goes back into the morpher. The morpher lights up.*

Female Morpher Voice: Thank you. You are now the proud owner of the Light Warrior Desert power.

*The morpher projects a small holograph of a massive white army jeep.*

Female Morpher Voice: That is your new Solar zord, Light Warrior.

*Adam casually picks up a clear power coin with a symbol of fire on it. His new morpher appears on his right wrist. A small slot comes out of the front of the new morpher. He places his new power coin on the small slot. The power coin starts rotating as the slot goes back into the morpher. The morpher lights up.*

Male Morpher Voice: Thank you. You are now the proud owner of the Fire Rail Desert power.

*The morpher projects a small holograph of a massive orange hover train.*

Male Morpher Voice: That is your new Solar zord, Fire Rail.

*Cassie picks up a clear power coin with a symbol of water on it. Her new morpher appears on her right wrist. A small slot comes out of the front of the new morpher. She places her new power coin on the slot. The power coin starts rotating as the slot goes back into the morpher. The morpher lights up.*

Female Morpher Voice: Thank you. You are now the proud owner of the Ice Fighter Desert power.

*The morpher projects a small holograph of a massive blue F-14.*

Female Morpher Voice: That is your new Solar zord, Ice Fighter.

*Andros picks up a clear power coin with a symbol of lightning on it. His new morpher appears on his right wrist. A small slot comes out of the front of the new morpher. He places his new power coin on the slot. The power coin starts rotating as the slot goes back into the morpher. The morpher lights up.*

Male Morpher Voice: Thank you. You are now the proud owner of the Lightning Rig Desert power.

*The morpher projects a small holograph of a massive black semi truck tugging along an equally massive trailer.*

Male Morpher Voice: That is your new Solar zord, Lightning Rig.

*Dulcea appears in the nicely lit chamber.*

Dulcea: *Smiling.* To be honest, I set you up out there at the wall. But hey, you had to tell each other eventually. What better way for you to do that?

Cassie: *Astonished.* What? I can't believe you tricked us. I guess you do have a point though.

*Dulcea nods and smiles as she vanishes away again.*

Adam: *Smiling.* Well, I guess it's time to be getting back.

*The six rangers teleport back to the Command Station. Alpha is having a fit as he messes with the new control panel.*

Alpha: *Throwing hands up.* There you are! We have serious trouble with Pythos' monster! He's attacking people in the park!

Kimberly: *Looking at Alpha with a smile.* Calm down Alpha! We'll kick the crud out of the monster now that we have these new powers.

Rocky: *Smiling.* That's right. So let's get out there, shall we?

Trini: *Smiling.* We shall.

All: It's morphin time!

Kimberly: Wind Explorer Desert power!

*Her new purple, gray, and silver armor clips together over her body. A slick new silver cape appears over her shoulders.*

Rocky: Earth Cruiser Desert Power!

*His new green, gray, and silver armor clips together over his body. A slick new silver cape appears over his shoulders.*

Trini: Light Warrior Desert power!

*Her new white, gray, and silver armor clips together over her body. A slick new silver cape appears over her shoulders.*

Adam: Fire Rail Desert power!

*His new orange, gray, and silver armor clips together over his body. A slick new silver cape appears over his shoulders.*

Cassie: Ice Fighter Desert power!

*Her new blue, gray, and silver armor clips together over her body. A slick new silver cape appears over her shoulders.*

Andros: Lightning Rig Desert power!

*His new black, gray, and silver armor clips together over his body. A slick new silver cape appears over his shoulders.*

*The rangers teleport out to the park.*

Monster: *Grinning wickedly.* So, you got new duds, huh? Well new clothes won't do you any good against me.

*To the monster's surprise, he is easily knocked off his feet. Pythos makes him grow.*

All: We need Solar MegaCryoZord power, now!

*The zords come out to form the Solar MegaCryoZord. The green Solar zord forms the legs. The black Solar zord forms the torso. The orange Solar zord forms the right arm. The purple Solar zord forms the left arm. The white Solar zord forms the head and fills the inside space of the torso provided for it. The blue Solar zord forms a jetpack and wings for the Solar MegaZord.*

Monster: *Grinning wickedly again.* You have a new hunk of metal too, huh? Well give me your best shot.

*The Solar MegaCryoZord throws an average punch. The punch throws the monster back on it's back. The monster gets thrown around a few more times before the rangers decide to finish him.*

All: Rig launchers, power up! Fighter pack, activate!

*The Solar MegaCryoZord flies up and catches two pieces of the Lightning Rig's trailer as it splits in half. The two halves open up on the fronts to reveal loads of missiles. The Solar MegaCryoZord dive-bombs the monster with the rig launchers. The monster screams and blows up. The rangers teleport back to the Command Station.*

*The rangers remove their helmets as soon as they touch down at the Command Station.*

Kimberly: *Smiling.* I love this new power up mode, it's so me.

Adam: *Smiling.* You have to admit, it is awesome.

*The couples then did something they never did before. They lip locked right in front of each other.*
