1.PRAY Talk with Him daily (morning, day, evening-quiet times!)

2. LISTEN to Him (RIGHT-heart (soft gentle voice); WRONG-mind (mean, deceitful, sly *SEE GENESIS 3)
a. read the Bible
(1) 1 Peter 2:2 "crave spiritual milk"
(2) Joshua 1:8 "meditate day and night"
(3) Matthew 7:24 "practice"
(4) Psalm 34:8 "taste and see that the Lord is good"
(5) 2 Timothy 3:16-17 "All Scripture is God breathed to equip"
(6) Romans 1:6 "gospel as a power of God"
b. Authoritative People (Pastor, mentor, teacher, parents, elderly….)

3. FELLOWSHIP and develop friendships with other believers that know Him
a. youth pastor and peers (Who invited you to S.Y.A.T.P.?) during youth fellowship
(1) Ephesians 4:29 "encouraging one another"
b. find a local bible believing church that encourages a personal relationship with Jesus
(1) Hebrews 10:25 "don't give up meeting one another"
c. small group bible studies
