Here is the Shrine for the master at illusions, Joker!
Joker is only in one episode(that i know of). He goes to the cave(inside of the mountains) and he goes after Genki and the others(of course). Joker has a big Scythe and can make illusions. He makes Tiger think that Moo's there, and Genki and Mocchi think that they are tied up.

What happened was there was a big argument with Hare in the cave, and he took off on his own trying to find his own exit out of the caves. The others try to follow him, but lose him and eventually through their wanderings they run into Joker and his illusions. Hare realizing how much he misses the groups starts looking for them. As he is looking for them, he hears them and eventually finds them. To the group the illusions are real, but Hare doesn't know what is going on until he sees Joker. He attacks Joker and breaks the illusion on contact. Joker recovers and summons evil hares. The group thinks they are more illusions, until they make a quick attack on them and realize they are not. Hare having quite enough of this bad stuff happening to his friends, attacks Joker again, this time with a flying, flaming foot attack sending Joker crashing into (literally) the ceiling of the cave. At that point, the cave starts collapsing. The group runs away and makes it safely out. The evil hares not be so quick-witted are caught in the cave collapse as well as we assume Joker as well.
