Cid is a tough-talking, warm-hearted old pilot who hasn't lost his dreams. There's no better pilot by air or sea. He was selected to pilot the first and only rocket Shinra ever made, but canceled the launch to save a scientist named Sherry. He still hopes that he will one travel to space. With his vicious Long-Spear, he can destroy anything that gets in his way.

His Scimitar is great, being one of only 2 triple-AP weapons in the game. His Limit Breaks are truly spectacular, and Highwind is definatly one of my personal favorites.
