-Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cheesecake-
2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup chocolate chip cookie dough, divided
One 9-inch graham cracker pie crust
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and
sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs; beat well. Add the vanilla; mix well.
Drop 1/2 cup of the cookie dough by teaspoon into the batter and gently fold.
Pour the cream cheese mixture into the pie crust.
Drop the remaining dough by teaspoon on top of the batter.
Bake for 40 minutes or until set. Cool. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
