-7 Layer Salad-
6 cups lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
1/2 cup radishes, thinly sliced
1/2 cup green onions, sliced
1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
2 cups frozen peas, thawed
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise or salad dressing
3/4 cup chedder cheese, shredded
Place lettuce in a large glass bowl. Layer celery,

radishes, onions, bacon and peas on the lettuce.
Spread the mayonnaise over the peas, covering the top
completely and sealing to the edge of the bowl.
Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours
