- LOOK AT YOUR OPTIONS-Most companies now offer low fat or fat free version of there original food. Don't resort to special diet foods, beacuse chances are you can find low fat clones of your favs.
- DON'T GO OVERBOARD!-If you plan on eating a lot of no or low fat food, make sure there isn't too many calories in it. This is a common mistake.
