Dragon doesn't really live up to his nickname -- though he isn't its total opposite, either. There are certainly times when he's hot-headed and fiery, but for the most part, this stallion is hardworking -- and a beautiful barrel racer. He doesn't care much for working cattle, but he can spin on his haunches and run like the wind. Dragon just loves to race -- even if it's only the birds in the sky over his pasture, or towards the open horizon on the edge of meadow. He loves to run, and his gallop is breathtaking to see and even moreso to ride. Going full speed, he'll jump almost anything in his path, but won't stand for showjumping (it's too controlled). He's a joy to ride and a beautiful stallion, and usually even-tempered on the ground. He doesn't like other stallions, but he likes people who give him little treats (hint, hint). Dragon is easy to lead, though, and usually does well in halter classes. He loves being groomed, and, as in the picture above, looks absolutely gorgeous when fully groomed and standing under a setting sun, letting the brilliant rays cast over his body and bring out highlights in his not-quite-white coat.
