Strawberry Banana Yogurt Shake
Yield: 5 servings

2 c Cold skim milk

1 CT (8 oz.) plain lowfat yogurt
1 pk (4-serving size) Sugar free JELL-O-Brand Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
1 c Crushed ice
1 lg Banana, cut into chunks

Pour milk into blender container. Add remaining ingredients; cover. Blend at high speed 30 seconds or until smooth. Makes 5 cups or 5 servings.

Nutritional information per serving: calories - 100, protein - 7 gm., fat - 1 gm., carbohydrates - 14 gm., cholesterol - 5 mg., sodium - 130 mg. Diabetic Exchange: Nonfat Milk - 1/2, Fruit - 1/2.
