"What do you mean, Tay?" Isaac looked into the rear-view mirror at Taylor. "I mean I think I love her. I know we aren't all that close, but I feel so close to her. I dont think I have met a girl quite like her." Taylor gently lifted Brittany's head up off his shoulder and got up to sit by Isaac. "Taylor, are you sure you feel this way?" Ike gradually sped up as the speed limit was 65. "Yeah, I am totally sure." Tay took a deep breath and looked back at Brittany and smiled.
As they got close to home, Brittany awoke, her hair was matted to the side of her head. "Brittany you look so funny!" Zac laughed. Brittany felt the side of her head and quickly brushed it behind her ears. "Thanks, Zac." Brittany laughed and yawned. "You slept a long time, Brittany!" Isaac said. "I guess so! I was tired." Brittany relpied. "What time is it?" Zac was anxious to get home. "Nine" Tay said from the front. "Geez! Step on it Ike!" Zac laughed.
When they pulled up to the house, the lights in the living room were still on. "Hey, dad!" Zac shouted. "Shhhhh, Zac! Zoe is sleeping." Mr. Hanson stood up and stretched. "I think it's time for you boys to get to bed!" Mrs. Hanson said as she trotted down the stairs. "Hey, mom, can Brittany sleep over?!" Zac jumped up and down. "I suppose its ok." Mrs. Hanson smiled at Brittany. "Cool! Where do I sleep?" Brittany was still very tired. "You can sleep in my room." Tay said. "Ok! Cool." Brittany and Tay walked up the stairs.
"Ok, I will sleep on the floor, and you can sleep on the bed." Brittany took a pillow off of Taylors bed. "No, No, No.....I will sleep on the floor, and you can sleep on the bed!" "How about this , we sleep in the same bed! I think that would be a good plan." Tay blushed. "Well, how about I sleep at the right end and you sleep at the left end?!" Brittany hopped on the bed. "Whatcha wanna talk about?" Tay hopped on to the bed next to Brittany. Taylor wanted to tell Brittany what he told Ike and Zac in the car, but he just couldnt say it. "Tay, I guess I have something to confess to you." Brittany looked deep into Taylor's blue eyes. "Brittany, I have something to confess to you too, I just dont know how to say it." Tay looked away. "I like you." They said in unison. "Ok, I guess thats settled!" Brittany laughed. "I don't know why I couldnt say it earlier, I just didnt know how, I guess." Tay laid down. "I guess we better go to sleep, we got a Paris concert soon." Brittany lay down at the other end of the bed and closed her eyes. "I.....I...I love you, Brittany" Tay clenched his teeth hoping Brittany would say the same thing back. "Tay, I love you too." They both smiled huge and went to sleep with eachothers love in mind. "I guess this is proof that love at first sight is possible." Brittany thought to herself.
