Brief Overview
Now I've never seen the original Bubblegum Crisis, but from what I know this is not a continuation of the old BubbleGum Crisis series, it's actually a remake. The story starts off with Linna arriving in Tokyo to start her new life working at Genom Corporation. Linna has also heard rumors about a secret group of mercenaries called the Knight Sabers. Nobody really knows what the Knight Sabers purpose is, but what they do know is that they hate rouge boomers. After the Knight Sabers save Linna from a rouge boomer, Linna wants to join up with them, but will it be that easy. Thats something you'll have to find out for yourself.
What I Think
Now I know there's going to be some die hard BubbleGum Crisis fans out there who won't like this new series. My question to them is why? The visuals are spectacular, way better then the originl series. (I've seen pictures thats how I know) The story is also really well done. If you liked the original BubbleGum Crisis or you like science fiction type anime then I definately recommend this anime.
