I turned around to see if Haliey was coming as I did I heard her mom say.
"He looks good in whatever he wears, just like you, especially when he's sweaty, you picked a good one."
While waiting anxiously for her to reply I slightly blushed, then Haliey replied to her mother.
"I know"
I turned and ran down the deck steps to see what my brothers were up to, mainly because I didn't want Haliey to know that I heard her. As I ran down the steps I could feel my face turning a dark shade of red.
"Tay what's wrong with you?" Ike asked curiously.
"Nothing why?"
"You're all red, that's why. You relly like her don't you?"
"Yes, I really do!"
"Here she come, hope you turn back to normal quickly." Ike said with a hint of laughter in his voice.
"Hey where's Zac?" I asked worriedly.
"In the treehouse, I think, I'll find him and tell him not to embarrass you."
"Thanks, but do you really think that's going to work?"
"Believe me, he won't bug you when I'm through with him!"
"Thanks"
At that point Jessica, Avery, and Mackie had stopped Haliey and begged for her to sit down and play a game with them, she finally gave in.

"Zac!" Ike called up into the treehouse, "Get your butt down here!"
"Why?"
"Because I said."
"Coming"
Zac came tumbling down the ladder to the treehouse.
"Zac, you can't say anything tonight about Tay liking the new girl." Ike warned
"Her name is Haliey, and why not?"
"Cause I said that's why."
"I don't have to do what you say"
Zac said walking away, he didn't get more than two feet when Ike grabbed him by the back of his shirt, lifted him off the ground so that his face was level with his.
"Zac you won't say a thing, right!"
"Kay" Zac said with a hint of scareness in his voice.
"You guys dinner is ready!" called Diana.
At dinner Avery and Jessica insisted on sitting next to Haliey, Taylor sat across from her, Zac sat next to Jessie, next to him sat Ike, to keep him in line of course, then next to him was Haliey's mom Shannon, then sat Diana, Walker, and Mackie, Zoë was upstairs sleeping. After they all ate Shannon (Haliey's mom) suggested that Ike, Tay, Zac, and Haliey go over to their house and watch a movie or something so wouldn't wake up Zoë. Everybody agreed and they were off. Haliey opened the door and let them all in she then led them to her room.
"Pull up a box or whatever, I'll be right back."
She ran down the stairs and went into her mother's room, she then changed into a pair of jeans and an oversized mens Nike shirt. Then she ran back through the living room up the stairs ran past her room to the end of the hall to grab the box filled with movies. When she reached her bedroom door she turned and leaned against the wall trying to catch her breath. She overheard the three Hanson brothers talking.
"Zac thanx for taking me seriously when I said not to tell Haliey that Tay likes her."
"Yeah well, I'm scared of you, you looked like you'd literally take my head off if I said anything>"
"You guys shut up, you know this is her house." Taylor whispered loudly.
Haliey smiled to herself and not wanting to embarrass Taylor she walked back down the hallway and pretended to run into a box in the hall.
"Ouch"
Inside her bedroom, all three boys looked up and changed the subject quickly. She then came in pushing a big box.
"Okay, what do you wanna watch?" she asked pushing boxes aside, making room to lay all the movies on the floor.
*She is so beautiful*
"What's this one about?" Zac asked
"Oh, that's an action movie, It's pretty cool. It's like spies and gangs and stuff. Definatly not a tissue movie."
"Cool"
"What's it called?" I asked not really caring, but I wanted to direct her attention towards me. But instead of her answering, Zac piped up saying.
"It's True Lies, with Arnold Schwartzeneger.
"Thanks Haliey" I said sarcastically
"No problem Tay-Tay" Zac said trying to sit on my lap.
"Get off me Zac" I said pushing him off on the floor.
"Ouch"
Zac then got off the floor pretending he was hurt and went over to Haliey, she extended her arms and he sat down on her lap and laid his head on her shoulder and she gave him a hug, he then turned and gave me a slyish grin and stuck his tounge out at me. I just glared at him.
"Okay, lets watch the movie now" Ike suggested
"Okay, Zac let me up. Thanks"
Haliey them walked over to the VCR and turned it on. Zac then came back and sat down next to me with a huge grin on his face, I leaned over and said quickly under my breath.
"You get it for this. I'm gonna beat you."
I barely finish saying that when Haliey turned around looking unhappy.
"What's is it?" I asked
"My tape got stuck in the VCR, it's all ruined, I guess we can't watch a movie."
"Let's go play soccer, we have a net in our back yard!" Zac suggested
"Okay, sounds like fun." Haliey replied
*Yes someting I won't screw up*
Isaac walked ahead with Halieym and Zac came up to me.
"You're all red."
I wanted to beat him, but he's probably right.
*If I don't quit soon, I'll be red permanently*
"You can't beat me now." Zac said interupting my thoughts.
"Why not?" I retorted angrily.
"Well first of all Haliey's right there and it wouldn't make a good impression, and second, I just gave you the perfect chance to show off."
"Well..."
"Do you forgive me?" Zac asked in a mocking voice.
"For now, but don't pull anything stupid." I said
"Okay" he shouted as he ran ahead to catch up to Ike and Haliey.
When Haliey saw that I didn't come with him, she called to me.
"Tay come on!"
"That's okay" I said
*I like the view a lot better from back here*
She instantly hung back and waited for me.
"What's wrong?" she asked
"Nothin."
"Why don't you walk with us?"
"I just wanted to let you get a head start, so that you won't feel so bad when I whoop your butt."
"Oh really!' she said pushing me playfully
"Yeah really!" I said pushing her back.
"Well big boy, you better watch your back." as she said that she pushed me gently on the chest, shoving me away. We both started laughing, and then she ran ahead to catch Ike and Zac.
*Score a point for me, the flirtmaster!*
I paused, then ran to catch up with everyone. When I got there, the teams had already been picked. Me and Ike against Zac and Haliey. (I later found out Zac had picked the teams) As me and Haliey stood there waiting for Zac and Ike to come back with the ball, I leaned over and whispered in her ear.
"I gonna get you!"
I backed away and winked at her when I saw my brother approaching.
"We're winning, we're winning" Zac shouted at Taylor and Ike.
"Shut up Zac." Taylor said pushing him to the ground
"Hey that hurt!"
"It was supposed to dumby"
"You want me to tell Haliey that you like her!" Zac asked with an evil grin on his face.
Haliey and Isaac had been standing near by clear of bloodshed talking about soccer, they could hear every word of Taylor and Zac conversation.
