On September 12, 2003, Mark and I moved from our two bedroom rambler in South Minneapolis to Inver Grove Heights after having a home built. It is a two story walkout with an unfinished basement and an unfinished bonus room above the side-entry garage. There is also a nice porch across the entire front of the main part of the home. We designed the plans ourselves, and then found a builder who would accomodate our custom design. Our builder is Gonyea Homes. Here is a plat drawing surrounding our land.
