I currently (RUN) for the St. Ben's T & F team. I am basically a 400 runner but we throw in some 200's to mix things up a bit once in a while. My favorite race EVER is the 4x200, but this race does not exist in the NCAA divison. We have a brand new outdoor and indoor track up here in St. Joseph so we get the royal treatment.
