Here is a view of the first plate installed. This plate and everything on it must nest inside the rotor hat. The plate locates nicely on the spindle and the old pivot that was not ground off. The top two holes are counterbored to allow the back of the hub to clear the bolt heads. All bolts are grade 8. No reason to skimp on something as cheap as bolts.

Here is a view of the second plate installed. This plate mounts behind the first plate, and butts tight up against the axle flange on the top and front edges of the flange.

Here is a view of the hub and rotor assembly dry-fitted to the spindle. Everything clears the hub and rotor like it is supposed to.
