Here is a view of the brake rotor installed, along with the spacer collar. The collar is hard to see, and the photo I took of it individually did not turn out. It fills up the gap between the larger center rotor hole and the smaller trailer hub pilot.

Here is a view of the shim spacer and wheel adapter. This is the same wheel adapter as described in the "Wheels" section.

Not much of a step here. This was only done on the side containing the thinner-faced rotor. The shim spacer assures that the spacer collar does not protrude into the way of the wheel adapter.
