Ardmore Correctional Facility
Ardmore used to be a correctional facility for young men and women, I believe. It includes almost every aspect of a boarding school, but was used to "fix" broken children. Many people have gone within the building, but rarely see anything. By definition of what would likely be a haunted place, Ardmore fits right in.
